Tickets must be purchased in advance and are non- refundable.
You would have the choice of a full refund, an exchange for another date, or a gift certificate for that amount.
Parking is available at each tour’s starting location. After your purchase tickets, you’ll receive emails with parking suggestions.
Children are welcome to attend our daytime tours. The tour lasts 3 hours and we will be standing, walking and talking for a lot of the tour. Some children may enjoy the food tastings and information shared by our engaging guide, others may not. Parents know their own children best & should decide if this tour is appropriate for their children. The evening Happy Hour tour is available to adults over 21 years of age only. A full-price ticket must be purchased for any children (over the age of 2) attending.
Absolutely not! Our tours combine historical facts, local culture and culinary insight into a unique 3-hour experience. Imagine walking through town eating local artisans’ tastiest foods while gathering insider’s tips from real locals.
If you indicate your restriction on the information form when purchasing your ticket (e.g. vegetarian, food allergy, gluten free etc.) we can accommodate your needs on the daytime tours. Unfortunately, on the Happy Hour Tour, it is not possible to accommodate gluten-free diets at many of our restaurants; vegetarian diet is easy to accommodate.
Yes, advance ticket purchase is required. Events typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.
We do not provide a waiting list. If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please email us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
Gratuities are always appreciated, though not mandatory and not included in your ticket price. If you had a great time our tour guides gratefully accept gratuities. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 18%-20%.
Restaurant staff gratuity is included in your tour ticket price.
Yes, restrooms are available during the tour at all food tasting locations.
The tours are held rain, shine, or snow. You will be comfortably seated inside at all of our tasting locations. We also provide umbrellas in case of rain. We advise that you check the weather conditions for your day’s event and dress appropriately.
All locations are wheelchair accessible.
At this time, we do not offer tours in any other languages except English.
We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, out of town guests, corporate, conventions, festivals, parades, grand openings and more).
We will provide you with a water bottle. You should bring with you a camera. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves. If it looks like rain we can provide you with an umbrella for the tour.
